Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Columbia, United States location! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accuratelyPrepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipesProcess cash and credit card transactions efficientlyDeliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanlinessHandle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as neededCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periodsQualificationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customersStrong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accuratelyFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as requiredPositive attitude and friendly demeanor, with an easy smileBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving skills to address customer concerns promptlyPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist coworkers as neededPrevious customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
