We are seeking a Market Leader to drive the development, execution, and long-term success of our presence in Columbia, MO. Key Responsibilities Lead Market Development :

Establish Hawkins Construction's presence in the Columbia market by developing relationships with general contractors, developers, and owners while identifying and securing new project opportunities.

Drive Financial Performance :

Take ownership of project-level financials, including estimating, budgeting, cost control, and overall profitability of the Columbia operation.

Execute Work:

Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field operations for commercial concrete scopes.

Build Local Operations :

Recruit, develop, and lead field personnel and project staff as the Columbia operation grows.
