With approximately 30 employees and a steady pipeline of projects, we are seeking experienced CDL licensed Concrete/Asphalt Finishers who take pride in their workmanship and can contribute immediately. What You'll Do
- Finish and place concrete on a variety of construction projects
- Operate equipment such as a Skid loader and Demo Saw
- Drive and operate 1-ton dump trucks and trucks up to 26 tons
- Read project specifications and ensure quality workmanship
- Work safely and efficiently on active job sites
- Assist with site preparation, placement, finishing, and cleanup
- Travel throughout the Greater St. Louis service area as needed Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL license for Illinois and Missouri
- Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience
- Experience operating (Skid Loader and Demo Saw)
- Experience driving a 1-ton dump truck and trucks up to 26 tons
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to travel throughout the service area Highly Preferred
- 5+ years of professional concrete finishing experience
- Experience with established concrete contractors such as Shamrock or similar companies
- Foreman, crew leader, or supervisory experience
- Ability to lead crews and manage projects effectively Compensation & Benefits
- $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
- Additional compensation available for qualified Foremen and Crew Leaders
