As a Concrete Finisher, you will play a crucial role in shaping and finishing concrete surfaces for various construction projects. If you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare and set up concrete forms according to project specifications. Mix, pour, and spread concrete to achieve desired consistency and finish. Use hand tools and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces. Inspect finished surfaces for quality and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site. Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor. Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
