Job Description
Concrete Laborer / Concrete Finisher We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer / Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist with all phases of concrete installation and finishing Prepare job sites, set forms, base, and place reinforcement materials Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces Operate company equipment, hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company standards Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Concrete labor and/or finishing experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation to and from job sites Valid driver's license required Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold temperatures Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth and advancement If you are hardworking, reliable, and take pride in quality workmanship, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
