Job Description

Job Overview Artistic Concrete Restoration installs polished concrete floors, epoxy coatings, and concrete repairs for commercial and industrial clients across the St. Louis region. Established in 1998. We are hiring a Senior Technician (CS3) to take control of field execution. This is not a training role. You are expected to already know how to run work. You will be trusted to run jobs without constant oversight. If you perform, you will have control over execution in the field. This Role Is Not for "Lead Hands" If your version of running a job means: waiting for direction following someone else's system asking what to do next when things change

We are looking for someone who: sequences work without being told maintains pace and control of the job corrects problems immediately keeps the site clean and organized at all times Who This Role Is For You already run jobs and take responsibility for: production output quality equipment care crew performance job flow If you are currently running work but dealing with disorganization, weak crews, or low standards, this role gives you the ability to do it right. You may be stepping into jobs that need structure, pace, and cleanup discipline brought under control. Responsibilities Lead polishing, coatings, and concrete repair projects Execute full polishing systems (metal to resin) Install coating systems correctly (prep through finish) Stage work and maintain job flow Keep crews productive throughout the day Maintain clean, controlled job sites Identify and correct issues early Standards No babysitting required No repeated mistakes No messy job sites No standing around waiting for direction No cutting corners You are expected to produce consistent, professional results under real conditions. Required Experience Concrete polishing (complete system) Epoxy / coating systems Concrete repair (spalls, joints, patching) Experience leading crews on active job sites You must be able to walk onto a job and take control. Compensation $32.00

00 per hour based on demonstrated ability Additional compensation tied to performance Advancement based on output, quality, and reliability Top performers who reduce oversight and deliver consistent results are compensated accordingly.
