Duties Assist with concrete pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces. Set up and dismantle formwork and rebar frameworks according to blueprints and schematics. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on-site. Install rebar and metal studs, ensuring proper placement for structural integrity. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately follow project specifications. Mixing epoxy according to specs, placing epoxy products and finishing to create a smooth, durable surface. Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required. Strong understanding of safety protocols in construction environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work is weather-dependent, so schedules change, and everyone will need to be able to get themselves to and from the job accordingly.
