Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Batch Plant Loader Operator to support daily operations at our concrete batch plant. This role is responsible for operating loaders to manage aggregate materials, maintain consistent plant production, and ensure efficient and safe material handling. Key Responsibilities Operate front-end loader to stockpile, move, and load aggregates (sand, gravel, etc.) into batch plant bins. Maintain proper material levels to ensure uninterrupted concrete production. Inspect raw materials for quality and contamination. Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance on loader. Keep plant yard clean, organized, and free of hazards. Assist batch plant operators with production needs as required. Load trucks and support plant operations during peak demand. Monitor stockpile levels and communicate material needs to supervisors. Always follow company safety policies and
OSHA/MSHA
regulations. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. 2+ years of experience operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment. Experience in a concrete batch plant, aggregate yard, or construction environment preferred. Ability to safely operate equipment in tight spaces and high-traffic areas. Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment inspections and minor maintenance. Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. Valid driver's license required. Skills & Qualifications Proficient in heavy equipment operation Strong situational awareness and safety focus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic Good communication skills Working Conditions Outdoor work environment in all weather conditions. Exposure to dust, noise, and heavy equipment. Physically demanding work, including climbing in and out of equipment.
