Truesdell Corporation is currently seeking a Construction Concrete Laborer to join our Eastern Region team based out of Garner, North Carolina to travel and work with a great crew on Bridge Maintenance Projects. This candidate will be able to travel within North Carolina and to other states for approximately 2 weeks at a time . Our ideal candidate will enjoy travel, learning new skills, working with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company. Who is Truesdell Corporation? Responsibilities:

You will be part of traveling bridge repair and maintenance teams. You will be driving a company truck and possibly towing equipment. You will be operating power tools and other tools. (Training will be provided) You will be working night or day shifts. Every project has different requirements, a typical shift is 8-10 hours. You will be required to follow all safety practices and conduct yourself professionally at all times.

Requirements:

Must be able to travel full-time out of state Must have a valid driver's license for two+ years Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work variable shifts, nights and weekends when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits Package:

The pay range is $24 .00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience Truesdell provides hotel, transportation, and daily meal stipend for travel. 10 Days of Paid Time Off, Increasing with years of service.
