Project Estimator - Structural Concrete On-site, Full-time Up to $120,000 / year Raleigh, NC Urgent hire We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established concrete contracting company based near Raleigh, NC. Our client specialises in turnkey cast-in-place concrete construction and works on projects of varying size and complexity. They are looking for an experienced Project Estimator with a strong structural concrete background to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an urgent hire - qualified candidates will be progressed quickly. The role Preparing accurate estimates for structural concrete projects of varying scale Developing and managing project budgets from pre-bid through to completion Pricing changes and managing scope adjustments throughout the construction lifecycle Coordinating with project managers, site superintendents, and clients Monitoring costs and maintaining quality standards at each construction phase Essential requirements Minimum 5 years of estimating experience - structural concrete is a must Proven experience with columns, elevated decks, post-tension concrete, and cast-in-place concrete buildings Please note: experience limited to civil work, flat work, or tilt-up concrete alone will not be considered for this role Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with clients and internal teams Proficiency with relevant estimating software Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to commute Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Background in concrete contracting or a construction-related discipline What's on offer Salary up to $120,000 depending on experience Full-time, permanent position Work with an experienced and growing team on complex structural projects To apply, please submit your resume with a clear outline of your structural concrete estimating experience - specifically covering any projects involving columns, elevated decks, post-tension, and cast-in-place concrete buildings.
