00 per hour Permanent Various Shifts Available Industry construction, trades & mining (Construction and Extraction Occupations) Reference number S_175466 Spherion Fargo is seeking skilled Concrete Laborers to join a local team to perform concrete related tasks involving physical labor.

Schedule:

Weekday schedule, Monday thru Friday, approximately 10 hour shifts, average 10-15 hours of overtime per week.

Responsibilities:

• Form up slabs and footings
• Level off concrete in flatwork, footings and walls
• Set foundation forms
• Nail up brick and slab ledge along with block outs for doors and windows
• Scrape down wood and aluminum forms
• Cut rebar to length
• Place and tie rebar in slabs, footings and foundations
• Operate concrete vibrators, jumping jacks, plate compactors and jack hammers
• Install drain tile in exterior and interior basement
• Perform any combination
• digging, spreading, and leveling of dirt and gravel with picks, shovels and other tools
• Tie down panels in form racks and trucks
• Cut and measure lumber with a tape measure
• Site, tools, and equipment cleanup. Examples
• Picking up trash at job site.

Cleaning and care of tools. Cleaning around trucks and trailers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of prior work experience in concrete construction.
• Must have basic work tools (hammer, tape measure, tool belt) and steel toed boots; employer provides additional safety equipment
• Able to lift 50-100 pounds
• Travel may be required
