Lincoln, NE (Travel ~50%) CL Construction is hiring a hands-on leader to drive safety, quality, and performance in our Concrete Division. If you're a seasoned field manager who thrives on building strong teams and keeping projects on track, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead and support Superintendents, Foremen, and craft crews across multiple job sites. Set clear goals, coach your team, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Champion safety—conduct inspections, resolve issues, and lead by example. Coordinate with Project Management, Logistics, and the Shop to ensure smooth operations. Monitor schedules and adjust plans as priorities shift. Identify and implement process improvements for safer, faster, and better results. Help structure crews for efficiency, teamwork, and long-term success. Oversee field equipment, vehicles, and tools. Travel regularly to job sites (some overnight) to stay connected and support your teams. Qualifications Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). 7+ years of concrete construction experience, including field operations. 5+ years in a leadership or management role. Strong communication and team-building skills. Deep understanding of concrete construction methods, scheduling, and field adjustments. Organized, dependable, and solutions-focused. Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
