Driver's License Construction team management Stocking Full Job Description About Us McEntee Construction is a trusted family-owned construction company serving Northern New Jersey for over 35 years. Specializing in residential and commercial concrete, masonry, paving, and site work, we are known for delivering quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. We're currently seeking a seasoned Concrete and Masonry Foreman to join our team and lead multiple active job sites. Position Overview The Concrete & Masonry Foreman will be responsible for the daily oversight of masonry/concrete projects, crew leadership, scheduling, materials management, and on-site coordination. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of field experience, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of industry standards, safety, and project execution. Key Responsibilities- Lead day-to-day on-site operations for multiple jobs as needed
- Maintain a professional understanding of general concrete and masonry construction
- Order materials and manage delivery schedules to keep job stocked and projects running smoothly
- Coordinate work crews, ensuring projects are properly staffed and stocked
- Report daily activities
- Act as liaison between workers and upper management
- Enforce job site safety and cleanliness standards
- Communicate job requirements clearly to the team and interpret plans for field staff
- Represent the company with professionalism when interacting with clients
- Work hands-on alongside the crew when necessary to illustrate job priorities Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of field experience in concrete, and masonry
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Valid driver's license
- Proven ability to lead crews effectively across multiple projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret and convey construction drawings to workers
- Must be punctual, prepared, and safety-focused
- Must be respectful, empathetic, and decisive with a team-oriented mindset
- CAN-DO attitude and willingness to work hands-on as needed Schedule
- Typical work hours: +/- 50 hours
