Job Summary:

Franklin's Earthmoving, Inc is currently Seeking an experienced Finisher, adept in all phases of flatwork concrete projects from initial preparation through final finishing. Possessing comprehensive expertise in concrete forming, installation, and achieving both smooth and textured finishes using various techniques including troweling and brooming, with a strong ability to freehand curb and gutter installations. This role requires a strong understanding of slopes and percentages to ensure proper water flow and durability, as well as the strategic incorporation of expansion joints to prevent cracking. Key responsibilities encompass site preparation, form construction, concrete pouring and leveling, mixer operation, finish application, and surface repair. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and craftsmanship, physical stamina, and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to interpret blueprints, adhere to safety guidelines, and maintain a clean work environment. Successful candidate must meet all conditions of Franklin's Drug and Alcohol testing requirements as a condition of employment.
