Delegation Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Concrete Forman to join our construction team that is booked out for 6 months! As a Concrete Forman you will be responsible for leading our concrete crews and be responsible for the quality of work performed, communicating to the owner of status on the jobs, maintaining cleanliness of job site, and holding crews responsible to our standards. You will have to be able to read blueprints and will be actively working as a concrete finisher on the jobs as well. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Prevailing wage projects will be available for highly skilled applicants.

Duties:

• Prepare surfaces for concrete pouring by cleaning, leveling, and compacting
• Manage the crews, delegate tasks, & quality control
• Set up forms and ensure they are properly aligned
• Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly using various tools
• Smooth and finish surfaces using hand and power tools
• Apply curing compounds or sealants to protect the concrete
• Repair damaged concrete surfaces as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

• 3-5 Years Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher required
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Forman experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of concrete installation techniques and finishing methods
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work is a must
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

• Concrete Form Setting
• Knowledge of Elevations, Slopes, Grades
