Overview We are seeking a skilled Concrete Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work and be proficient in various construction techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively on construction sites. Richard Baughn Construction offers competitive pay paired with $100/day per diem. Duties Prepare and set up concrete forms for pouring. Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and heavy equipment. Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various techniques such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing. Conduct regular inspections of the work site to maintain safety and cleanliness. Installing construction elements such as anchor bolts and steel plates for concrete foundations. Qualifications Experience as a concrete worker or in a similar role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using hand tools and heavy equipment related to concrete work. Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to read blueprints. Experience with drywall installation and metal stud framing is a plus. Ability to work effectively on construction sites while adhering to safety regulations. High school diploma or GED preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel to any state for work. Candidates must pass a background check.
