Responsibilities Lead and supervise concrete crews on construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to coordinate activities and meet deadlines. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of concrete installation and related tasks. Monitor quality control standards by inspecting work progress, conducting tests with tools like ohmmeters, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols such as OSHA regulations. Collaborate with project managers to prepare and manage budgets, review contracts, and oversee procurement of materials using HeavyBid or comparable estimating tools. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to streamline workflows across pipeline projects and construction sites. Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily reports, incident logs, inspection records, and project schedules to ensure transparency and accountability. Requirements Proven experience supervising concrete or heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in construction site management. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, or similar platforms for scheduling and documentation. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, quality control procedures, and construction best practices. Hands-on experience with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Management software for effective planning. Supervising experience leading diverse teams on large-scale projects involving pipelines or infrastructure development. Strong understanding of contracts management, budgeting processes, and procurement strategies within the construction industry. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and utilize testing equipment such as ohmmeters for quality assurance.
