Decorative Concrete Finisher / Skilled Painter / Microcment Installer

High Desert Concrete Design is hiring skilled finishers, painters, and decorative concrete craftsmen to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial surfaces, including: Microcement systems Decorative concrete finishes Grind & seal concrete Stained concrete floors Polished concrete Modern interior wall finishes Epoxy Flake This is not production construction work. We build refined, design-focused surfaces that require attention to detail, patience, craftsmanship, and pride in the final product. If you have experience in painting, plastering, decorative finishes, concrete finishing, or high-end surface work — we want to talk. What You'll Do Surface prep (patching, sanding, leveling, masking, priming) Install microcement and decorative wall/floor systems Grind, stain, seal, and polish concrete surfaces Apply sealers, coatings, and protective finishes Perform detail-oriented finish work on residential and commercial projects Maintain clean, organized job sites Work professionally with clients and team members Ideal Experience We are looking for individuals with experience in: Decorative concrete Concrete grinding and polishing Painting and fine finish work Plaster or Venetian plaster Microcement applications Epoxy or resinous coatings Trowel-applied finishes High-end residential construction What Matters Most Transportation Strong attention to detail Pride in craftsmanship Reliability and professionalism Ability to work clean and efficiently Desire to learn and grow Attention to Detail Pay & Opportunity $25-$38/hour depending on experience Higher pay available for truly skilled craftsmen Consistent work pipeline Opportunity to grow with a design-focused company Unique, creative projects — not repetitive production work About High Desert Concrete Design We create refined concrete and specialty finishes for modern residential and commercial spaces.
