Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare concrete forms, molds, and reinforcement materials such as rebar to ensure accurate placement for pouring. Operate concrete mixers, pumps, and power tools to efficiently deliver high-quality concrete applications. Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and texturing using hand tools and trowels to achieve specified surface finishes. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols on-site. Operate heavy equipment such as excavator or skid when required for material handling or site preparation. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris in compliance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members including carpenters, welders, roofers, and other trades to complete projects efficiently.
