- Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- + Reviewplans and recognize potential precast bid opportunities + Prepareaccurate quotations and shop drawings based on project specific plans andspecifications + Utilizeinventory / invoicing software to ensure accurate and timely billing + Gainfull understanding of NYSDOT and National Precast Concrete Association(NPCA) standards for precast concrete + Gainfull understanding of precast Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA)program •
Essential Functions:
- + Ability to work at a computer for extended periods + Ability to work outside of scheduled hours to meet demands of position
Required Qualifications:
- + Basicknowledge of concrete and various aspects of construction + Strongmathematics skills with the ability to calculate, analyze data and computerates, ratios and percentages + Excellenttime management skills and the ability to prioritize work + Strongability to plan, organize and work independently to meet expecteddeadlines + Strongability to read and understand project plans and specifications + Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills + Demonstratedability to work effectively as part of a team and independently + Proficiencyin MS Word, Outlook, Excel + Musthave a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to report to workon time with record acceptable to the company's insurers •
