Concrete Finisher/Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and be proficient in various construction techniques. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring high-quality finishes, and collaborating with other construction professionals to achieve project goals. Duties Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and grading. Mix, pour, and finish concrete using hand tools and power tools to achieve desired textures and finishes. Perform frame carpentry tasks as needed, including setting forms for concrete structures. Execute trim carpentry work to enhance the aesthetic quality of finished projects. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to safety standards. Conduct construction estimating to assess material needs and project timelines. Experience Proven experience in concrete finishing is essential. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction. Background in frame carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and stucco application is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
