Job Description

Metcon is a commercial concrete company serving Dayton and Cincinnati. We are looking for skilled Concrete Finishers who take pride in their craft and want to grow with a values-driven company. You will be responsible for placing, leveling, and finishing concrete on a variety of commercial job sites. This is a great opportunity for experienced finishers looking to work in a team-focused environment with local jobs , steady hours , and full benefits .
Responsibilities:
Use hand and power tools to spread, smooth, and finish concrete Interpret blueprints and form layouts Create broom, trowel, or specialty finishes Set forms and place embedded items Monitor drying, apply sealants or curing agents Collaborate with team and foreman for quality results Clean tools and maintain a safe, organized job site Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Why Work for

Required:
At least 1 year of concrete finishing experience Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to read basic blueprints and form layouts Reliable transportation to and from job sites Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Preferred:
Experience with placing, troweling, and finishing techniques Familiarity with commercial formwork systems Comfort with working independently or on a team Metcon is hiring Concrete Finishers for commercial projects throughout Dayton and Cincinnati.
