Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Punchout Specialist to support our projects by coordinating and executing finish work and any concerns found on the punch list. This role is crucial for ensuring that the project meets quality control standards and is ready for completion. This role is for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have prior experience in painting, caulking & basic carpentry. The Punchout Specialist will assist in finalizing minor touch-ups, repairs or replacements for any damage to existing work, perform quality control checks, and ensure that the construction project is a finished to our standards and ready to meet our client's satisfaction. Punchout Specialist Key Responsibilities • Conduct walkthroughs: A detailed walkthrough to ensure all parts of the project meet quality standards. •

Repairing Damage:

Repair minor damage, adjust doors or hardware, touch-up finishes, and ensure that everything is in order. •

Collaboration:

Regularly work with the site supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members to ensure all punch list items are properly addressed. •

Quality Control:

This is critical for ensuring the project is truly complete and ready for final inspection. Qualifications Strong knowledge of construction process Attention to detail. Five years' experience in finishing phases of commercial construction, which include painting, caulking, and light carpentry skills. Effective communication skills. The ability to work independently.
