The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and be proficient in various related tasks. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for ensuring high-quality finishes on concrete surfaces, contributing to the overall success of our construction projects. Responsibilities Finish surfaces of poured concrete, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Operate heavy equipment and hand tools for concrete placement and finishing. Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as needed throughout the project. Assist with concrete pumping operations when necessary. Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools. Experience with metal stud framing is a plus. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is preferred. Capability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the day. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
