Concrete Quality Control Testing Technician (ACI Certified)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Concrete Quality Control Testing Technician, certified by the American Concrete Institute (ACI), to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting precise testing and inspections of concrete materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Your expertise will help maintain the highest quality standards on construction sites, supporting the successful delivery of durable, safe, and reliable concrete structures. Duties Perform comprehensive laboratory tests on concrete samples, including slump, air content, compressive strength, and other relevant tests to verify material quality. Collect and analyze data from testing procedures, documenting results accurately for review by project managers and engineers. Maintain detailed records of test results, inspection reports, and quality control documentation for project audits and future reference.

Collaborate closely with construction teams, contractors, and inspectors to resolve quality concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications Certification from the American Concrete Institute (ACI) as a Concrete Quality Control Testing Technician is required. Proven laboratory experience working with concrete materials and testing procedures. Strong understanding of construction processes including concrete forming, masonry, and general site operations. Experience in construction inspection, quality control practices, and data collection methods. Excellent analysis skills with attention to detail in recording test results and inspection findings. Prior experience working on construction sites or in related environments is highly desirable.
