Responsibilities and Duties Performs ongoing

ACI & ASTM

concrete and raw materials testing. Records test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Evaluates data, writes reports and generates graphs and charts to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Evaluates existing quality or productions standards and procedures, recommends modifications, and leads their implementation. Advises upper management on product development issues arising from product problems identified through lab testing procedures. Conducts audits and makes ongoing improvements to the Quality Performance System. Completes all required paperwork (reports, forms, letters, etc.). Qualifications and Skills Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills. Ability to follow ASTM procedures. Well-developed project management skills Attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated and possesses the ability to complete tasks on-time and with little supervision Willingness to advance through additional training Good attendance record Schedule 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday Experience ACI Certification, preferred ACI Strength certification, preferred 1 year concrete lab experience, preferred
