Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Concrete Finisher and bring your expertise in creating durable, high-quality concrete surfaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for finishing concrete to meet precise specifications, ensuring smooth, level, and aesthetically appealing surfaces. Your skills will help transform raw materials into functional and beautiful structures that stand the test of time. This position offers an energetic environment where your craftsmanship makes a real impact on construction projects ranging from commercial buildings to renovation sites. Responsibilities Apply finishing techniques to concrete surfaces, including smoothing, troweling, and edging to achieve desired textures and finishes Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, screeds, floats, and mixers to prepare and finish concrete efficiently Install rebar and metal reinforcement according to schematics and blueprints to ensure structural integrity Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings for accurate placement of concrete elements Install all carpentry work properly and all formwork, framing, for all placement of concrete Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols Assist with operation of georgia buggy and or other machines to move concrete, mixing, and pouring processes on various projects including hardscape installations and restoration work Qualifications Proven experience in concrete finishing, formwork, rebar installation, or related construction roles Strong mechanical knowledge of tools such as hand tools, power tools, mixers, and heavy equipment operation Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes and renovation techniques Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing Valid driver's license to pull trailer with equipment Prior experience working on construction sites with safety-conscious practices Join us in building lasting structures with precision craftsmanship! Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
