Fence installation/Concrete installation

Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Fence and Concrete Installation Specialist! In this role, you will be instrumental in building durable fences and expertly pouring and finishing concrete to enhance outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, applying your hands-on skills in construction, carpentry, masonry, and landscape hardscaping. Responsibilities Install fences using various materials such as wood, vinyl, or ornamental metal, ensuring precise measurements and secure anchoring. Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up forms for concrete pouring, and ensuring safety standards are met. Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces including slabs, walkways, patios, and retaining walls with attention to detail for smooth finishes. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble fencing components and concrete forms. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as posts, panels, bags of concrete mix, and other supplies required for installation projects. Conduct site inspections to ensure installations meet quality standards and project specifications. Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and ensure efficient workflow on construction sites. Requirements Proven experience in construction work with a focus on fencing or concrete installation preferred. Strong skills in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, or related trades. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely. Knowledge of concrete forming techniques and finishing methods. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with landscape maintenance or hardscape work is a plus.
