The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing on both Residential and Commercial Jobs. This role involves working on various construction sites, ensuring that concrete surfaces are finished to the highest standards. Looking for good communicator who can lead by example. help improve the skill set of fellow concrete workers and laborers on the team. You will be responsible for the quality and durability of concrete installations, contributing to the overall success of our projects. Assist in prepping, pouring and finishing concrete projects according to specifications. Utilize power tools and hand tools for shaping and finishing concrete surfaces. Operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project supervision and quality completion. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Proven experience in concrete finishing. Proficient in operating power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely.
