• Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality concrete finishing work that enhances the durability and aesthetic appeal of various construction projects. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring smooth, level surfaces and flawless finishes on a wide range of structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial buildings to renovation sites, utilizing your hands-on skills and technical knowledge to make a tangible impact. Responsibilities Apply finishing techniques to concrete surfaces, ensuring smoothness, levelness, and proper texture according to project specifications Operate power tools and hand tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, and screeds to achieve precise finishes Install rebar and formwork in preparation for pouring concrete, adhering to blueprints and schematics Use concrete mixers and pumps efficiently to ensure proper mixture consistency and timely placement Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute tasks accurately Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as needed for concrete placement and site preparation Conduct repairs, touch-ups, and restoration work on existing concrete surfaces during renovation projects Collaborate with carpenters, masons, welders, and other trades to coordinate project activities effectively Qualifications Proven experience in concrete finishing, masonry, or related construction roles with a strong understanding of concrete forming and curing processes Mechanical knowledge including operation of power tools, heavy equipment, and concrete pumps Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking on construction sites Knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and construction site hazards Valid driver's license Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across different trades Join our team if you're passionate about craftsmanship and eager to contribute your expertise in a fast-paced construction environment.
