Temp-to-Hire Position Overview People Source OKC is hiring experienced Construction Laborers to assist a concrete crew in Alva, OK. This role is ideal for candidates with a construction background who are dependable and willing to travel for work. Daily per diem is provided, giving employees flexibility in managing lodging expenses. Job Responsibilities Assist concrete crew with general labor tasks Move and handle construction materials Support jobsite setup and cleanup Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors Work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Requirements Previous construction labor experience required Steel-toed boots required Ability to pass a drug screen Must be dependable and ready to work Ability to travel to Alva, OK Additional Information $100/day per diem provided (up to $500/week, Monday-Friday) Employees are responsible for securing their own hotel Opportunity to save per diem depending on lodging expenses Important Note - Safety Sensitive Role This position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law (O.S. § 63-427.8).
