Full Job Description Job Title:
Concrete Finisher/Laborer Duties:
- Perform concrete finishing tasks such as smoothing, leveling, and texturing surfaces
- Use various tools and equipment to apply and finish concrete, including trowels, screeds, and edgers
- Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
- Install rebar and wire mesh for reinforcement
- Caulk and seal joints to prevent water leakage
- Repair and renovate existing concrete structures
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing techniques, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Familiarity with caulking, roof repair, welding, trim carpentry, drywall, stucco, or other related skills is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
