Join MAPEI Corporation A global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently hiring a Dispenser Technician for our Concrete and Cement Admixtures Team. In this role, you'll collaborate with area sales representatives to support customer installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dispenser equipment. You'll help build customer relationships, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to the continued growth of our admixtures business. Key Responsibilities Dispenser Assembly, Installation, and Service Assemble, install, calibrate, and maintain dispenser equipment, including electrical and mechanical components. Perform preventive and emergency repairs to ensure uptime and reliability. Assist customers with proper use and maintenance of equipment. Maintain service logs, equipment inventory, and ensure parts availability. Coordinate with your supervisor to plan efficient installation and service schedules. Customer Relations & Support Partner with Sales Representatives to build and maintain professional customer relationships. Support product demand and service needs through timely, quality interactions. Call in delivery orders as needed and respond promptly to customer requests — overnight travel may be required. Planning, Scheduling & Administration Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly service work. Execute administrative duties including equipment ordering, expense reports, calibration tracking, and compliance documentation. Follow all company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. What's in it for you In this role, you will earn a competitive annual base salary of $60,000-$85,000 based on your experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results. Trade certification or 4+ years' experience in construction or dispenser equipment preferred. Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Physically able to climb, bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 lbs. independently (100 lbs. with assistance). Strong organizational, planning, and customer service skills. Effective oral and written communication; able to manage conflict and build positive relationships. Ability to maintain a high travel requirement in the assigned region.
