We are looking for someone who truly knows residential concrete construction from the ground up — foundations, curb and gutter, driveways, flatwork, and all phases of residential concrete operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can step in, take ownership, manage crews and schedules, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and with quality workmanship. This is not an entry-level superintendent role. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, understands residential production environments, and knows how to manage fast-paced schedules while working closely with field crews, builders, subcontractors, and operations leadership.
