We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, dependable individuals to join our growing workforce on projects throughout Oklahoma. Positions Available Superintendent Project Manager Foreman / Forewoman Equipment Operator Concrete Finishers Concrete Laborers Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by position and may include: Managing heavy civil and commercial concrete projects Supervising field crews, subcontractors, and daily operations Operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently Site preparation, grading, excavation, and concrete placement Forming, pouring, and finishing concrete Reading blueprints, plans, and specifications Coordinating schedules, materials, and inspections Maintaining OSHA and company safety standards Assisting with roadway, sidewalk, paving, utility, and structural concrete work Performing physical labor and supporting daily construction activities Qualifications Heavy civil or construction experience preferred Concrete construction experience strongly preferred Leadership experience preferred for Superintendent, Project Manager, and Foreman positions Experience operating heavy equipment preferred for Operator positions Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor Valid driver's license preferred CDL is a plus for certain positions Safety-focused mindset and ability to work as part of a team Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Advancement opportunities Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company Work Location Projects located throughout Oklahoma.
