Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various concrete-related tasks to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. We are seeking detail oriented individuals who take initiative and pride in their work. We are a small operation, doing jobs of all sizes and need dependable motivated honest workers. Duties Assist with concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing to create smooth, durable surfaces Set up and dismantle formwork for concrete structures using carpentry and framing skills Install rebar reinforcement according to blueprints and schematics to strengthen concrete elements Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for tasks such as concrete pumping and site preparation Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment to support construction activities on-site Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate project execution Support masonry, stucco, tile laying, and other hardscape tasks as needed for renovation or restoration projects Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of concrete finishing, rebar installation, and formwork is preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation are highly desirable Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately is helpful Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Basic understanding of construction estimating and project timelines is a plus Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment may be required depending on the project needs Join our team today
