Job Description

Concrete Laborer Locations :
York PA, Hanover PA, Hagerstown MD, Chambersburg PA Job Type :
Full time 40+ hours per week.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday on First Shift. Description Concrete Laborers, Concrete Workers, and Concrete Finishers to support active construction projects throughout the York, PA area. These roles involve all aspects of concrete construction, including site preparation, formwork, placement, and finishing . Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality finished work in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with concrete site preparation, grading, and layout Set and strip forms for footers, walls, slabs, sidewalks, and curbs Tie rebar and install reinforcement materials Pour, place, and level concrete Perform finishing work including screeding, floating, edging, and troweling Aerotek is leading force in the Construction Industry across Central PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
