As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to specified standards, ensuring the quality and durability of our projects. You will work closely with our construction crews and project managers to execute concrete finishing tasks efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in Concrete Finishing. Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques, including hand troweling and edging Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred Night and weekend work is a possibility to meet deadlines Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:

Lift objects weighing 50+ pounds Read and understand drawings Incorporate safety in the means and methods of decision-making during the project Resolving all problems that may affect project quality and completion Assist in the pouring, spreading, and consolidation of concrete to achieve desired shapes and dimensions Monitory concrete finishing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and industry best practices Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues
