Concrete Crew Foreman Decano Construction is looking for a Concrete Crew Foreman to join our growing team. Founded in 2012, Decano proudly serves the Allegheny County area with quality concrete services. We are looking for a motivated leader with strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage crews, job sites, and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, reliable, and experienced in overseeing projects from start to finish while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive rapport with customers, subcontractors, and team members are essential.
Experience Preferred In:
Excavation and operating heavy equipment (especially excavators) Concrete work and pouring Site preparation and grading Reading plans/blueprints Managing job sites and crews General construction knowledge
