We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who excels at coordination, communication, and execution. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of contact for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall project delivery. About the Role The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned large-scale commercial concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. This role works closely with Superintendents, field teams, clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and alignment from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. What You'll Do Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery for large-scale commercial concrete construction projects Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Coordinate with Superintendents to align field operations with project goals Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and scope clarity Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement processes Lead project meetings, including preconstruction, progress, and coordination meetings Track project performance, including cost reporting and schedule updates Identify and manage project risks, delays, and change orders Prepare and submit RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations Support project closeout, including final documentation and turnover requirements What You Bring Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in self-perform concrete Strong understanding of large-scale commercial concrete construction including foundations, slabs, structural concrete, and site concrete Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management software (Procore preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects or priorities simultaneously Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects Background in self-perform concrete construction environments Familiarity with Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar scheduling tools Strong financial acumen and cost control experience Why Bedrock3300?
