Concrete Finisher - Rapid City

Concrete Finisher Pete Lien & Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Concrete Finisher to join our precast team in Rapid City, South Dakota. As a Concrete Finisher, you'll play a key role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production and finishing of high-quality precast concrete products. About the Role Finish, smooth, and detail precast concrete to meet high quality standards. Operate hand tools and power tools for grinding, patching, and surface preparation. Perform form setup, stripping, and cleanup as needed. Inspect products for defects and complete necessary touch ups. Work alongside team members to support production, communicate effectively, and assist as needed. Perform preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and keep the work environment clean and organized. Work in various weather conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6 am to 4 pm. Occasional Saturdays required. What We're Looking For Power troweling experience required. Experience with all types of finishing tools including floats, steels, and broom. A dependable, motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic.
