Job Summary Tribal One Construction is seeking a hardworking and dependable Concrete Laborer to support construction activities at Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, SD. This role involves assisting with concrete placement, finishing, and general labor tasks in support of federal construction projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete Perform site preparation including digging, grading, and form setting Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and efficiency Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions Support other crew members as needed to complete tasks on schedule Adhere to all safety procedures and OSHA regulations Qualifications Previous construction or concrete experience preferred, but not required Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment Willingness to work in various weather conditions Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug test Must pass a background check (required for federal base access) Valid driver's license preferred Must be eligible to work on a federal construction site Work Environment Outdoor construction site on an active military installation Exposure to varying weather conditions Physically demanding work environment #INDT1C
