Concrete Pump Operator ETBW Concrete Pumping Lenoir City, TN Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17 - $20 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Safety protocol adherence Outdoor work experience Driver's License Full Job Description We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our growing concrete line pumping operation serving Loudon, Monroe, Roane, and Blount counties. As a second hand, you will work directly alongside the owner, handling the essential daily operations of setting up, running, and maintaining our Schwing 750 concrete pump and heavy-duty hose lines.
Key Responsibilities Job Site Setup & Operation:
Assist with positioning the pump, dragging, connecting, and routing heavy hose lines to pour locations efficiently and safely.
Basement & Foundation Pours:
Be comfortable working around and pouring residential and commercial basements, which involves navigating job sites with elevation changes and working around heights.
Line Management:
Handle hose placement during pours, manage cleanout at the end of jobs, and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and greased.
Job Site Communication:
Work closely with contractors, finishers, and the pump operator to keep pours running smoothly.
Equipment Care:
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, routine equipment maintenance, and general shop upkeep. Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina & Comfort with
Heights:
Must be able to perform demanding physical labor, lift heavy hoses repeatedly, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and feel comfortable working around foundation walls and elevated pour locations.
Reliability & Work Ethic:
Dependability is critical. You must show up on time, ready to work safely and efficiently.
Driver's License:
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Experience:
Previous construction, concrete, or hands-on mechanical experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are valued above all else.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
