In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to various concrete surfaces across residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will ensure durable finishes that enhance the appearance and longevity of concrete structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation and construction sites, utilizing a wide range of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and passionate about craftsmanship. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces through cleaning, grinding, etching, and surface profiling to ensure optimal coating adhesion Apply coatings using brush, roller, spray (airless or conventional), and other application methods with precision and consistency Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely Conduct color matching and visual color comparisons to achieve desired aesthetic outcomes in residential and commercial projects Follow safety regulations diligently by wearing respiratory protection, gloves, and other PPE during all phases of work Maintain a clean work environment by managing debris and ensuring proper storage of materials and tools Ensure adherence to safety protocols throughout all project stages while maintaining high standards of quality workmanship Experience Proven experience in construction or industrial painting with a focus on coating applications on concrete surfaces Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations and proper PPE usage Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimating material needs Prior involvement in renovation or remodeling projects involving structural painting or industrial coatings is advantageous Join us if you're eager to contribute your skills in a fast-paced environment where quality craftsmanship makes a real difference!
