Supervise daily concrete construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and specifications. Oversee the use of construction management tools such as ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation, tracking progress, and quality control. Manage on-site safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards; conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper execution of concrete placements and related infrastructure. Monitor project budgets, track costs using HeavyBid or comparable estimating software, and manage procurement of materials including pipelines and other heavy equipment. Lead supervising teams on-site; assign tasks, monitor performance, provide training on construction site experience, and foster a collaborative work environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a focus on concrete projects; supervisory experience is essential. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques. Faonstrated ability to manage project scheduling effectively; experience with project management tools is highly desirable. Hands-on construction site experience with concrete placement techniques; knowledge of quality control procedures is a plus. Skills in managing budgets, contracts, and procurement processes related to heavy civil or infrastructure projects involving pipelines or similar structures. Ability to operate technical equipment including ohmmeters for quality testing; proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics is required. Bilingual, Spanish/ English.

Pay:

$10.00 - $36.56 per hour
