Opportunity to help grow a fast-moving concrete operation in Texas Work on commercial concrete and Data Center projects that make a visible impact Hands-on leadership role with direct influence on operations and project success Strong company culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth Competitive compensation, truck allowance, bonus potential, 401(k), and full benefits package What You'll Be Doing Manage multiple commercial concrete projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate directly with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving safely and efficiently Oversee project schedules, production tracking, and cost control Drive quality control and ensure work is executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and project requirements Support estimating, budgeting, procurement, and contract changes Build and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, suppliers, field teams, and project personnel Help identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain schedule and productivity Support commercial concrete projects including structural cast-in-place podiums and multi-phase data center construction Maintain an active presence both in the office and in the field to support operations, coordination, and client relationships Travel to project sites as needed to support field operations, coordination, and project execution What We're Looking For 5-7 years of experience managing commercial concrete construction projects Experience with structural cast-in-place concrete construction required Data center construction experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of foundations, slabs, elevated decks, podium structures, and structural concrete operations Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously ($5M-$10M+ preferred) Ability to lead and communicate effectively with field teams, superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills Experience managing project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and contract changes Hands-on leadership style with the ability to balance office management and field involvement Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Concrete construction experience is required Willingness to travel periodically based on project location and operational needs We are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. #LI-ER1
