Employee must be accountable, reliable, hard working and a team player. Working in small groups is required. MUST bring your small tools and boots to perform the Concrete Finisher position. Starting pay is $16.00 but you must have 2 years Experience in Concrete. Based on your skills/experience you may negotiate on hourly rate. Space for increases based on your production. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to concrete surfaces, ensuring they are smooth, level, and visually appealing. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.DUTIES INCLUDE

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
- Set up forms and ensure they are properly aligned
- Pour concrete into forms and spread it evenly using rakes or shovels
- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and brooming to achieve desired surface texture
- Use power tools such as trowels and floats to finish concrete surfaces
- Repair and restore existing or damaged concrete surfaces by patching or resurfacing them
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure proper coordination and completion of projects.
