Competitive base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, based on experience Office-based position in Alvarado, TX, with travel to commercial construction sites throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area Medical insurance with 70% of the employee's premium covered after 90 days Dental and vision insurance $50,000 company-paid life insurance with options to increase coverage Paid time off Long-term career growth with a stable commercial contractor Consistent pipeline of commercial concrete construction projects Why You'll Love It Here Join a commercial contractor that values accountability and follows through on commitments Take ownership of your projects with the autonomy to make decisions and leadership support when you need it Build a long-term career with a growing commercial construction company Work alongside a collaborative team focused on communication, quality craftsmanship, and successful project delivery Make decisions that directly influence project profitability, quality, schedules, and client satisfaction Your New Role Serve as a Concrete Project Manager based in Alvarado, TX, overseeing commercial concrete construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout Manage multiple commercial concrete projects simultaneously based on project size and complexity Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, construction schedules, production timelines, and cost forecasts Coordinate field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and inspectors Manage commercial concrete scopes, including foundations, slab-on-grade, elevated decks, tilt-wall construction, structural concrete, and site concrete Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change orders Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to keep concrete production and project schedules on track Conduct regular job site visits throughout the DFW area to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, field teams, and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve project issues Track project costs, forecast budgets, manage changes, and protect project profitability Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and required documentation

Job requirements 2 to 3+ years of Project Manager experience overseeing commercial concrete construction projects Experience managing structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall construction, or comparable commercial concrete scopes Strong knowledge of concrete sequencing, construction scheduling, production planning, and field operations Ability to manage multiple construction projects in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and other field personnel Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software Bluebeam experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial construction practices Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW area OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Commercial Interior Solutions & Construction, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
