Hiring Expectations:

Apply today, complete a quick phone screening, and get ready for an interview with our team to discuss your goals and experience. 2 to 3+ years of Project Manager experience overseeing commercial concrete construction projects Experience managing structural concrete, foundations, slabs, tilt-wall construction, or comparable commercial concrete scopes Strong knowledge of concrete sequencing, construction scheduling, production planning, and field operations Ability to manage multiple construction projects in a fast-paced environment Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, superintendents, and other field personnel Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction management software Bluebeam experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and commercial construction practices Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to project sites throughout the DFW area OSHA 30 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Commercial Interior Solutions & Construction, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
