They have an urgent need for two Superintendents to run self perform concrete on a major data center build. This is a priority hire for the region and we are looking to move quickly. If you have a strong self perform concrete background and you have led crews on large scale industrial, mission critical or data center work, we want to hear from you this week. You will work closely with the operational team to build and deliver the project plan, leading your crew to meet safety, quality and production goals every day. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a plan for your phase of the concrete package Lead and manage self perform crews on large scale structural and slab work Oversee foundations, mat slabs, slab on grade, walls, elevated decks and structural concrete Run pre-pour walkthroughs with project teams, engineers and inspectors to verify readiness and compliance Stage equipment, materials and workstations for optimal output Track timesheets, delivery tickets and sign in / sign out sheets Hit execution goals for your portion of the work Communicate project status accurately and on time to all parties Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe, efficient job site Mentor and develop junior field staff and Field Engineers Requirements Self perform concrete experience is required — you have worked within a self perform concrete operation, not purely coordinating subcontractors Large scale project experience — industrial, mission critical, data center, distribution or warehouse Strong knowledge of structural concrete, forming systems, reinforcing, sequencing and quality control Experience on projects over $1 million in concrete scope Ability to lead people and drive results Proficiency in Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook Procore experience preferred OSHA 30 preferred Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area or able to relocate to Texas Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future What's On Offer Competitive base salary $115,000
